directions
This recipe is so incredibly versatile + easy. Here, I used 1/2 cup of beets that I had lacto-fermented, but feel free to use any form of beets you'd like. First blend the hemp seeds + coconut oil together to form a buttery spread. Then add in the beets + couple of splashes of its juice [if available] or alkaline water. Raw apple cider vinegar would also provide for a tangy kick of probiotics + enzymes here. Dance it up in the blender + zing up your brain cells!
