Savoury Stuffed Dates for Ramadan
Ingredients
12 medjool dates, pitted
50 g of feta cheese or @kitehillricotta cheese for dairy-free
½ cup of crushed salted pistachios
Directions
Stuff each date with preferred cheese.
For an even more decadent version, place them on a pan in the oven at 440 F (225 C) for 15 minutes
Top with crushed pistachios & enjoy!
