Savoury Stuffed Dates for Ramadan

Ingredients

  • 12 medjool dates, pitted

  • 50 g of feta cheese or @kitehillricotta cheese for dairy-free

  • ½ cup of crushed salted pistachios

Directions

  1. Stuff each date with preferred cheese.

  2. For an even more decadent version, place them on a pan in the oven at 440 F (225 C) for 15 minutes

  3. Top with crushed pistachios & enjoy!
